What “Inconsistent with conditions” and “quota full” mean?

Inconsistent with conditions:
Each survey has specific requirements, such as: age, gender, job, etc.
If you do not meet the requirements of the survey, you will not be able to complete the questionnaire.

Quota full:
We have limited the number of participate of each survey. When some quota has been full, the corresponding condition of member will not be able to complete the questionnaire.

Note: Normally, we have limited time period and number of participate. Your opportunities will depend on your response time.
